Good location, easy access to the city parking.

Old fleece bedsheets. Sofa-bed, where kid was sleeping had bedsheets with hair and stains. I had to look for any clean spare sheets to wrap the cushions for at least for kid somehow.

"Pablo was a great host."

Very clean. Larger than hotel. Clothes washer a plus. Sound blocking windows. Superb location. Walking distance to beach. Excellent host. Met us upon arrival, provided brochures and historical information on city, checked in on us next day. Very responsive to online communication when asked for recommendations.

A little humid/musty on warm days. Just opened windows for fresh air circulation.
