Apartamento El Reloj

The location was very central and the host welcomed us at the property, explaining the basics about San Sebastián.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed at several features of the property. reading now old reviews, I realize these were already all mentioned by previous guests. I will enumerate them 1. Receiving 4 guests, but then informing us that there is only water for 2 hot showers. 2. Providing an extremely uncomfortable and small sofa bed where those sleeping there had a terrible night 3. In the midst of summer only providing a single (noisy) fan. due to the outside noise it was impossible to open the windows. The atmosphere inside the apartment was smelly and sticky. 4. Having “smelly” towels 5. Not having a clean apartment - the shower had three hairs of past guests and my bed had one hair of a past guest. 6. The Nespresso machine did not work and, reading past reviews, I realized it has not been working for at least two weeks. When I contacted the owner about this issue, he did not answer. Hence, and to conclude, very bad price-quality. maybe the property would be worth 100€, but never 300€.
