Apartamento El Reloj

Excellent location in the old town. Bit tricky if driving to off load, need to watch the traffic marshals so have everything ready to drop off as the entrance is a pedestrian area. Clean apartment with super comfort beds. Great for a short city break. Good shower no issues with the amount of hot water. The host met us and was very helpful suggesting places to visit.

Some of the shops below weren’t open so a few of the homeless sat in their doorways in the evenings right next to the apartment entrance lobby, they didn’t cause us any issues apart from one guy who spent the whole of our last day singing (very badly) for money under one of the lounge windows., he did stop early evening. This shouldn’t be an issue when the shops open. On our last night the restaurant directly under the bedroom opened with loud music, banging and shouting until 3.30am so we couldn’t sleep we told our host who has said he has spoken to them (they didn’t realise anyone was staying above!) There is a bit of a smell of drains / damp from the bathroom.

apartment was clean and nice and allowed a dog. Located very well in the old quarter of town.

parking was a little hard to find and the owners of the apt. were late to meet us with the keys.

Superb location, it’s was great that the windows were noise cancelling as it’s such a central location but you wouldn’t necessarily know it once inside with the windows shut

No air con meant it was very hot at night and difficult to sleep

The location was very central, right in the old town and close to the beach. The apartment is very well set up and the host provides lots of local tips.

The instructions for finding the car park were not clear then google maps took us to a different address. When we eventually found the right number there was nothing on the door to indicate the apartment. It took an hour to find the place. Our host was in contact and helped.
