Precisa de uma reforma (troca dos revestimentos) e uma faxina geral no imóvel. Uma bela faxina incluindo as paredes da cozinha e vidros. A geladeira apesar de aumentarmos a temperatura, congelava tudo. Os azulejos são até a metade da parede e as teias de aranhas e até asas de incetos havia ali. Necessário trocar os revestimentos e fazer uma boa faxina. No banheiro, a água vaza por baixo do box o que mantem o banheiro sempre molhado. Uma boa faxina será bem-vinda. Poucos detalhes, mas são importantes.
