Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. We were most grateful for the thoughtful provision of a range of breakfast cereals, milk, croissants and other refrigerated food and drinks. The apartment was warm and cosy and, despite being a basement, surprisingly light.

Could use a microwave but noting the limited space in the kitchen I can see why it doesn’t have one!

Fabulous location, wonderful interior and amazing hosts! We had a wonderful first trip away with our 11 week old baby, the apartment had everything we needed and Phil & Kay were fantastic hosts. I would absolutely recommend to friends and family. Hopefully we’ll be back in the future!

Beautiful, well equipped apartment. Very close to the beach, in a quiet area of Brighton but within walking distance to the town and pier. Very welcoming and helpful hosts.
