A Lovely stylish place in a great area very close to the pier. An Amazing host with great attention to details and guests needs. We were provided a cot of a hood quality for a baby with all the bedding. There was milk and drinks in the fridge, fresh croissants and lots of other small things that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were provided with a free of charge parking space. We have never stayed in a more pleasant place in Brighton.

Excellent stay, very clean, modern and furnished like a home more than rental accomodation. Hosts were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming, going the extra mile in every aspect, thoroughly recommend, we will be back👍

The most amazing apartment, very well equipped and also so nicely decorated. It has everything you need for your vacation, very comfortable bed, kitchen with full equipment, large lounge and perfect location close to the sea and the city center. The hosts are very welcoming, thank you again for your hospitality!

Stunning spacious flat with everything we needed excellent hoist free parking at the property full of hidden gems excellent location can't fault it would definitely recommend this property.

Phil and Kay were fantastic hosts, the flat was spacious, spotlessly clean and very stylish. I had said I couldn’t have feather bedding so they bought new bedding! They left us milk, orange juice, butter, jam, croissants, tea and coffee. Bed was very comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk through Kemptown to the North Laines so very central and it is just over the road from the beach.

Spacious and newly renovated. Beautifully designed and furnished. Phil and Kay are marvelous hosts. Lots of little extras in the fully equipped kitchen. And good location.

The apartment was excellent. We arrived in possibly the hottest week of the year yet the apartment was super cool. Our hosts Phil and Kay made our stay very special. We were greeted by Phil who helped us with our luggage and gave us a very thorough tour of the apartment and facilities. EV charging and parking were exceptional for this superb seaside location. Every amenity was provided. The bed was probably the MOST confortable we have ever slept in! The welcome 'pack' of food in the fridge and in the paratment was outstanding.
