Lovely and affordable place to stay. Clean and beautiful room and facilities. Most of the attractions in walkable distance, if needed to travel then bus stops nearby. Only suggestion is to consider a small bathroom carpet near the lovely bath if possible as that'll help keep the floor less wet. :)

The location was really convenient - whether you want to be close to the beach or to the high street and The Lanes. It was super easy to pick up the keys from the pub downstairs, and the person even showed us up to our room, which was nice. I booked the visit for my girlfriend's birthday, and they had left a card and a small bottle of Prosecco - very nice touch! The room was clean and comfortable, well laid out, and the kitchenette was very helpful to have.

The whole room (we had the one at the top) was tilted. It must be due to the age of the building, but it felt quite disorienting to walk around. The bathroom (which was one of the top reasons we booked here) is very large and beautiful, however, the bathtub had an issue, which made it leak all over the bathroom floor. We discovered a Tupperware container placed under a leaky faucet, which we had to empty ourselves to stop the floor from flooding. This was below my expectations for this accommodation. The ceiling is really low - it ends at the top of the door, so for two 6ft individuals, it was not very comfortable or felt particularly airy. Finally, the walls in the hallway and staircase are damp, mouldy, and peeling. This was deeply unnapealing and caused concerns about the building as a whole.

This has been my favourite stay in a LONG time and we can’t wait to come back again. The room is such full of character, spacious, and had all facilities needed. Staff were lovely, location is great and close to everything needed, and the bed was so comfy. I love the design of the room; I think it was well thought through and just a really enjoyable experience. Especially love the double shower!! Thank you to the staff who left some allergen friendly treats in my room!

Room was fantastic very spacious and having the sofa was a great touch. Was very well equipped and if you do forget any bits or bobs they've got you've covered.

Simply personal preference i prefer a softer mattress but couldn't fault the quality of it and the bedding
