"I’ll be staying again - a superb apartment and friendly staff!"

The apartment was very spacious and immaculate inside, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay including tea/coffee making station and washing up liquid etc. The location was highly convenient meaning I could easily walk into town and the secure car park meant I didn’t have to worry about parking. The hosts were super friendly, really responsive and always went the extra mile for me. I’d certainly be staying here again when I’m next in town for work and in need of a place to stay.

Easy parking and spacious apartment.

The fact that they charge extra deposit for administrative costs which is not initially revealed. They state there is a £500 bond in the fine print but there is no mention of keeping the additional admin costs. This is fraudulent when you think you are paying one amount and suddenly without choice you are forced to pay extra. They would not budge on this. We are paying their insurance.
