Smithfield Apartments by YourStays - Gated Apartments with private car park in City Centre

Great location,

Parking was hard

Unfortunately we never got to stay in the property as 1pm on the day we were due to arrive, I called them only to be told the property was no longer available!

The communication is appalling, we were informed on the day of arrival that our accommodation was no longer available. It was 1pm and I was only told because I called them to enquire about the beds! Otherwise we would have drove there unknowing! Our young daughters had a huge dance competition close to this property and it was to late to book other accommodation at such short notice. The new property they offered was a lot further away and we had to spend an additional £50 on taxis to our venue. The new property was also a lot cheaper than the original property and we want a refund!

Very spacious & clean. Had great amenities for cooking & also a hairdryer.

Across from the fire station but luckily wasn’t too many sirens going off during our stay

This is my second stay at the smithfield. Good location and very clean, with everything you need within the apartment

Excellent location

It could have been a lot less damp and smelly downstairs. Mould in shower. No drying up cloth - found it, dirty, in the washing machine. It was pretty basic.
