Pier Court Apartments Brighton

Great view, great location, and lovely all round property!

Couldn’t get the TV to work, and so many stairs. Not a major thing, it does clearly say no elevator I’m clearly just more unfit than I thought!

Great location for sea view, walking distance to all key spots in Brighton Centre. Lounge was bigger and brighter than photos online even with the additional table we requested to have.

Windows are thin so it can be noisy at night from the club underneath the building & people on the streets. We were short on glasses & plates for the number of guests so bought new ones.

Spacious, well furnished communal spaces.

People to bathroom ratio.

Excellent location super warm and really good hosts would definitely recommend!

The location is very very good with some of best views in Brighton.

The main apartment was filthy on arrival, food encrusted on cushions, drink stains all over the walls, dirty floors, smelly carpets, food smeared on walls and TV. The upstairs apartment was leaking in two rooms with a strong damp smell. Mould was throughout both apartments. Our door codes didn't work the entire time we were there, I couldn't get into the apartments for 45 mins after arrival. Windows were broken and taped shut. I could go on.

As well as my friends getting their clothes wet from a damp sofa due to dripping water from the ceiling, when we arrived at this apartment, there were other people already in the beds, clearly due to a misunderstanding but regardless had access to our flat. The owner was quick to pick up my call, but as soon as the problems got going was not picking up until someone else called from a different number to which she answered immediately. The property was also very cold and not clean.

The code instructions and indications for accessing the flat were insufficient. The code did not work and we had to wait 2hours to get it from the owner. It was also not clear which flat to enter, once in the building. As we were not sure if we could get in, we had to book and secure a room in a hotel nearby.
