Pier Court Apartments Brighton

literally looked nothing like the pictures. and it was so dirty!! under the sofa and in the freezer was awful! the balcony was so dirty. if I had taken my children I would have left. was not impressed. there are some serious camera tricks in pics because it looks absolutely nothing like that

Great location , beautiful view. Also we loved that host didn’t rush to check out too early. Very comfortable beds Definitely will be back

Perfect place to stay as a large group in Brighton. Felt really looked after as well. Rooms were lovely and amazing location, couldn’t recommend more!

location was great. size was suitable. facilities were fine. contact from host on the day of arrival & agreement to provide us with village party wristbands which was nice.

it wasn’t dirty but some areas of apartment not in great shape & in fairly bad conditions. after booking there was notice there was a bar downstairs & music ‘May’ be heard… the apartment was on top of a nightclub…. open until 4/5AM. and despite being 4 floors up you literally bounce with the base! the lights downstairs are also very bright & definitely shine through all windows & the white blinds. unfortunately the worst thing by far was the beds. we had a 6 person apartment & 4 of the beds were across 2 bunk beds. these were old, rickety & not suitable for even my friends who are size 6/8!! I would say these bunk beds are suitable for children & should be changed. ‘sofa bed’ available & quilts provided but this was just a normal sofa & 2 people would struggle to fit. also while sleeping one night we were woken by a fire officer & another man IN THE APARTMENT as there was a fire alarm in the building an hour or so previous. I assume he gained entry as we were sleeping & didn’t hear the door but STILL!!

Great Location and Great Views - a minute’s walk from Morrisons and the Pier as well as the beach

Pictures of the property are misleading - the toilet seats are smaller than the rim of the toilet, the sofa is different and of far worse quality and for some reason the tv is behind the sofa. We also found several small metal canisters under said sofa which are suspicious as well as leftover cigarette butts so they might have thought that out of sight was out of mind. As well as this the place uses electric heaters instead of radiators which are not only far more difficult to dry towels and stuff with, but also smell bad and the one in the farthest bedroom at one point sparked, prompting us to no longer us it.
