Lovely apartment, super location just off the high street and right next to the beach. Very spacious and comfy living room, great natural light. Bedroom is cosy in a downstairs section of the apartment. Well equipped kitchen for light meals. Was really quiet when we stayed (Jan).

Grand, spacieux, lumineux, hauteur de plafond, la chambre est isolée du bruit de la rue. Portes a codes, pas de clefs a se balader sur sois. Le salon hyper relaxant.Le style regent de l'immeuble et du quartier avec son parc et la mer au loin.

Ein wunderschönes, sauberes Appartement in toller Lager - alles einfach fußläufig erreichbar. Das Appartement ist voll ausgestattet und in der Küche ist alles zahlreich vorhanden. Toller Föhn, auch für lange Haare geeignet! Catherine war sehr hilfsbereit und spontan mit den Parkplätzen. Alles in allem eine superschöne Wohnung für einen wundervollen Urlaub - vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Altbauwohnung und daher im Wohnzimmer etwas hellhörig - der Lärm hängt von den Nachbarn ab.

Got barked at by dogs in lower apartment every time we went in the entrance which made me jump the first time but got used to it.

I loved the Regency features of the property, tall ceilings, beautiful large (and I mean it) windows and doors, and charming balconies (though compact, not really for sitting but holding you in while you observe the life out there). The marble fireplace, solid wooden furniture, pure cotton bedding, natural wool carpets, and sturdy tables all added to a sense of timeless quality. The apartment felt like home only better as it was filled with so much light and air. It is impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, books and games tucked away in a drawer and everything you need. Lots of sockets of all kind. The kitchen had everything a family might reasonably need, while the bathroom was finished to a high specification. The place was full of character, with authentic, exquisite, and expensive furniture pieces that gave the space a unique charm. It had clearly been freshly renovated, with elegant wooden floors and carpets throughout, and offered both comfort and security. Imagine living in a palace straight out of Disney’s Anastasia - romantic, refined, and almost magical. The location was truly a dream — friendly people in the area, plenty of shops nearby, the promenade and the sea just steps away, and wonderful local food (Bankers really do make the best fish and chips!). The cheese hut nearby, called Cases, was amasing. Waitrose was only a seven-minute walk, busses in all directions just around the corner, making everything wonderfully convenient. Above all, it felt like the host would go above and beyond if ever you needed anything.

The only regret is that I cannot take this apartment home with me — only the memories. As I sat at the dining table, flushed with morning light and looking out over Lansdown Road, I felt a pang of sadness knowing I had to return to work in London. This place is truly special and location - unique. It smells of freshness and calm, and I hope to return one day, because there is nowhere else I would want to stay in Brighton.
