Fantastic location within easy walk of pubs, cafes, shops. Very quiet, comfortable beds and great kitchen. The hiking, right on your doorstep, is breathtaking.

Great location and very well equipped and comfortable. Good value for money.

Good to have outside courtyard, but table and chairs could have been cleaner. A few weeds as well, so perhaps not yet cleaned for summer season? Not enough to spoil our stay though!

Good central location, although quiet as was tucked away from roads. Interesting access and needed to watch you tube video to find out where the property actually was, not accessible from Sandford Avenue; even on foot.

Central to AONB and facilities. Comfortable, including lounge furniture at a good height and with armchairs - important for reduced mobility.

Shower cubicle set too high with nothing to hold onto for husband with reduced mobility. Similarly couldn't access back courtyard. Bed on castors which moved so easily that he had a fall because it simply shot away from him. Vehicle access is extremely tricky, would never have attempted it if you hadn't sent the video., so thankyou for that. Sorry it just was not accessible for our situation.

very central location

tight squeeze to get the car past the step and avoiding the wingmirror on the wall upon turning down the lane, but do-able with someone helping to guide the driver. Tight to turn around at parking, but again do-able. Could hear upstairs neighbours moving around their apartment, but not excessive.
