"Very relaxing, comfortable and pleasant and we would very much like to come again."

Location was perfect for our purposes as allowed us to walk to visit my mum who is in a carehome nearby. Layout of apartment was very good and when weather warmer the outside space will be a bonus. It was nice to have a chat with Stuart so we knew who each other was!

I couldn't get the shower to get hot and I think this was down to the controls being swapped around. Of course when my daughter came to use it after me she worked it out very quickly! Also we weren't disturbed at all by the upstairs residents but their movements and conversations sounded quite loud and this might be in issue for others, or if there was a barking dog or crying baby... however, these are just observations and not complaints!

The property was centrally located and close to facilities, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The appartment was very clean and the beds were comfy. Instructions were concise and accurate. Heating was very good and soon warmed up the appartment as well as drying out our rather wet motorcycling gear.

Only a minor issue, we couldn't find a corkscrew. No other issues.

"Enjoyable, central location"

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment in the middle of town. Video was sent to show us exactly where to locate the property and where to park (it is a narrow lane and a tight fit past the steps but we managed it in our wide car so just take some time and it’s all good). We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. There are some lovely coffee shops and pubs within walking distance. There are amazing walks accessible from the apartment with breathtaking views.

The noise from the apartment above but this does depend on who is renting as we had a family of 4 who were fairly quiet on our first night and then a couple on our last night who had the TV turned up quite load and also snored quite loudly.

"Very convenient and comfortable apartment for a very reasonable price."

Great central location. Comfy chairs in the lounge with good TV and Wi-Fi. Central heating came on very quickly and worked well on our very cold days.

The shower wasn’t very powerful and lacked a non-slip mat.
