Staff were very friendly and helpful.

You could hear the other room doors slamming shut when the guest came and left.

The HVAC unit was great. Bed and pillows were great. Spacious room.

Bath tub plumbing was marginal. TV wasn't intuitive. Felt like I needed to call in a tech consultant. Breakfast other than the coffee was marginal. Main room light switch didn't seem to work.

Staff were accessible and always friendly and helpful. When we said we did not want to have to lug our suitcases upstairs, the clerk quickly found us a first floor room. So helpful.

My own preference is to have the sink in the bathroom. The shower was not inviting for an 81 year old. No handles.
