"Exceptional"

Last-minute hotel booked for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh so it was a little far away but well worth it. Staff was extremely helpful every step of the way. The same guy helped us at night and the next morning so I wonder if he's there all the time but he was so nice and helpful. Got us a rollaway bed right away and let us have a little bit of extra time around checkout so the kids could enjoy the pool for a bit before we spend the day in the heat. Breakfast was delicious and lots of great options. Definitely recommend this property!

"This hotel had issues."

Next door to McDonalds and a grocery store.

Door did not close without body slamming. Hair dryer did not work. Wi-fi was frustratingly slow. No elevator to second floor. Bed caused back ache. Feels worn out and needs updating.

My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Updates would be nice here. The bathroom walls were crumbling, stains on the tub floor were a bit gross, the carpet a bit sticky in areas and the drains in tub and sink were slow. The mattress slides on the wood platform all the time. Some “no-slide” tape could be a very easy and cheap fix. (this has been mentioned in several reviews already)
