Great central location. The host communicated all of the information we needed, thank you. The beds were so comfortable, great linens, comport pillows (1 hard 1 soft…perfect!). Check in was easy & smooth. Shower rooms were great. Coffee pods & coffee machine were nice touches, thank you!

This is constructive, not negatives as such! Previous leak around the window looked resolved but not decorated, which was a shame but happens. The decoration in the property hasn’t been done to a very high standard. Lots of patching in. This property has the potential to be great with a bit more attention to detail as it had some stylish furniture touches and would benefit from being decorating properly rather than painting around radiators etc.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect for what we needed - it was within walking distance from the train station and it was also walking distance to all the activities we had booked for the weekend. The host, James, was amazing with communication and replied promptly to any messages / queries. The door to the apartment block and the door to the apartment use the same code, which is handy as you don't need to worry about having a key.

The bedrooms were very warm (although the scorching weather outside didn't help this!) but multiple fans were provided to help bring the temperature down. The WiFi was a bit hit and miss but this didn't really bother us as a group.

Fantastic location close to the sea pier town etc all within short walk /very secure and spacious /all bedrooms en-suite which was great / lovely sea views/James is a fab host extremely helpful friendly and quick to respond to questions overall a brilliant place to stay thank you 😃

Looks a little tired in places ie the blinds a bit mouldy one hard to lower/ 2 of the bedroom’s have no windows can get very hot and stuffy (although fans are provided )the bunk bed room very small for 2 adults and the slope out of bunk bed room annoying we kept tripping up (although it did make us giggle when we did it ) Overall could do with a little TLC

Great location and clean

Liked the aspect of the kitchen as you could see the sea. Each room had an en-suite but not suitable for large people.

The lounge area is dead space. The banquette seating area in the kitchen is uncomfortable. Rooms are very hot at night.

The apartment was great. It had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. James our host was so helpful and on hand very quickly as soon as we needed anything. He was so accommodating in every way. We cannot fault him as a host. The location was perfect. A lovely view of the sea and Brighton pier from the kitchen/dining room window. Plenty of lovely bars, restaurants, Brighton centre and other attractions like the Brighton 360, within easy walking distance, shopping centre, and Brighton Pier 10 minutes away. We will definitely stay at Sealanes again, thank you 😀

Die Lage und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend.

Leider hat nur eines der 3 Schlafzimmer ein Fenster. Was vor allem in jenem mit dem Stockbett dazu geführt hat das Schlafen nicht möglich war. Auch wenn sich jeweils beide Personen geduscht haben, war es anschließend in jedem Zimmer unerträglich heiß und es gab keine Luftzirkulation. In der Unterkunft gab es nur im Wohn-Essbereich wirkliche Fenster zu öffnen.
