Quiet rural location. Very comfortable

The unit should ideally for safety, have a fire extinguisher on the wall near the kitchen where apparently most house fires start.

"Great little retreat."

Close to coromandel town centre but in a quiet neighbourhood over looking a paddock with cows in it. Outdoor bath was great for star gazing and overall the property was clean and cozy.

Just a personal preference but didn’t like that there was no door to the bathroom.

"Great location and terrible “bathroom”"

The location of the property is great - on a beautiful farm and just 10 mins walk to town. The outdoor bathtub was very nice

The “bathroom” is not separated from the rest of the studio - there is no door, and even the wall doesn’t go all the way up to the ceiling. That means you have to be very comfortable with your partner and with all the toilet smells and sounds being all over the small studio. There is also no stove or hot plate.
