Comfortable with great deck and view

The studio was private and quiet with views over fields and and Coromandel hills. The kitchen was well equipped and the property had an outdoor bath with a lovely view.

I like having curtains that let light in in the morning but thin curtains might not suit everyone.

The view from the bed is astonishing, and the location is in town so you are close to everything.

Absolutely adored my stay, trendy decor, super comfy bed, looking out to fields with cows was so peaceful, 5 minute walk into town, Robyn was a wonderful host

Super friendly owner. Our room was very comfortable, there's even an outdoor bath, and bath salt was provided. We didn't get to use it as my husband preferred watching Netflix LOL. The garden was beautiful, full of summer color with a rural backdrop. Yet it's only two minutes drive from the town center. It was a perfect getaway thank you very much!

Location was nice with cows in the paddock next door that were friendly to people and let you feed them. Was recently furnished with nice shower and comfy bed. Best plunger coffee iv had. Appreciated the chocolate and bath salts for the outdoor bath. Overall nice country feel being in walking distance to the center of town.

Very lovely, quiet and peaceful place. Perfect for everyone trying to escape the hectic city life. We loved having our morning coffee in bed, while enjoying the marvelous view. Absolute highlight is the outdoor bathtub. Very clean. Robyn, the host, was very nice and helpful. We would definitely book this place again!

Hotplate and a cooking pot would have been nice. But the kitchen is well equiped to fix up any cold food.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at Studio 40. It was made special by the peaceful outlook, Robyn's helpful hints, the tasteful decor and fitout and all round feel of the place. Would love to stay again.
