Cozy House

Truly is cozy. Like staying in a tiny home! (The outside listing.) I always stay here. It has everything you need, comfy mattress, nice tv with all the streaming services, fridge, microwave, coffee, shower. The hot tub is also updated since the photos were taken, and it’s lovely. For a shared property this place feels really private. Whenever you see the host it’s always like passing by a friendly neighbor. The neighborhood is also really nice, and it feels safe traveling alone. My favorite part about this place is the host himself, who lives on property. He’s always really friendly and accommodating, even though sometimes I book late and extend my stay last minute. He never makes me feel like an inconvenience. He replies quickly if you ever need anything, and he seems like just a genuinely good guy. It’s also just one of those unique places to stay on your vacation that isn’t a generic hotel. And you get to see an area that’s different from the beach but still close. (Wilton manors is a really unique area with great restaurants and entertainment.) I highly suggest this place!

location close to where I needed to be

tiny and claustrophobic. No top sheet on bed-just fitted sheet. no hand towel nor wash clothes-only bath towels. no Kleenex. overhead ceiling fan rattled all night with no apparent way to shut it off. Air conditioner extremely noisy. $40 cleaning fee way too high for a 12’x12’ room.
