the sleeping area is very small: water takes long too heat up. someone was also parked there. had to park on the grass

I liked the cleanness and quietness of the property. Location is pretty good too. Easy to get to downtown and the beach by car. The host let me keep my luggage on a property after my check out time. Truly appreciated that!

It is more of an airbnb property. I got a reservation through the booking. com, and did not expect it. There was luck of communication with the host. He was out of town, and someone, who was looking after the property could not respond to important questions.

Loved the outdoor yard space, welcoming, nicely landscaped. Clean small sleeping accommodations. Best for one person. .

Hot water was not optimal, the towel rack above the toilet was too large and interfered with the toilet seat/space.

This quaint little studio was perfect for our needs. Beautifully landscaped, with such a nice courtyard to relax in. The location was perfect as we were only 6 miles from Port Everglades. The bed was comfortable, there are a coffee maker, microwave and a large college fridge, a dresser, a nightstand and a nice TV with apps like Netflix and Hulu. A walk in shower in the bathroom is nice and spacious. The AC unit works great (for those hot blooded folks like me) and a ceiling fan to help cool the space. Haim is a wonderful host and was super gracious to extend his hospitality to us. We met him and another couple who were renting a room in the home as well. I would rate this little gem a 15 out of 10 stars!! It is cozy yes, but the energy of the property shows that Haim is a person who walks in love for others. Would highly recommend this property for a quick getaway, or extended layover. We only stayed one night but will come back again!

amazing private small place han the host will go out of his way for any one nothing is to small or to big he will do it and the place really is amazing I have stayed twice this week because I was going on a cruise I would recommend any one going on a cruise from fortlauderdale to book this place because it is close by or for a short weekend away or for as long as the host will put you up but once again amazing
