Beach Lookout - SEA VIEWS

The apartment was spotless with fabulous views! We were permitted to go in an hour before check in time which was really helpful.

The apartment was only made up for 2, not 3 people on arrival, but this was fixed quickly. The blinds in the lounge need replacing. Most of the chords are all knotted so you can't change the position and they are all hanging lower at one side. One fell down when my dad (80 years old!) tried to close it. Thankfully it didn't land on him. There was no apology from the owner for this, her response was that they had been there for years and it felt like she was implying that this was somehow our fault. There was sticky tape holding up the frame on the one that fell down!!

Very good spacious apartment with great views over Lytham seafront and pier.Liked the decor of the apartment and the parking is a bonus.

Large bright and airy apartment, in a fabulous victorian building with all the old features. Loved the cosy armchairs in the bay window, looking out at amazing views. The binoculars were a nice touch. The decor was stunning throughout. The kitchen had all we needed. Beds were large and comfy Location was great. Great communication from Louise the host.

Settee wasn't comfy for chilling out in the evening. But as there were only 2 of us, the armchairs made up for that. Would have liked a steaming service to watch in the evening. But overall, everything else was perfect, and we will be returning

The location is excellent. The Views are lovely. The Apartment is spacious if children with you. The Decor is nice. Lovely old building architecturally lovely.

Asked for an early check in which was, agreed to. When got tgere still being cleaned. Was met with the keys and told I wasn't expected which set alarm bells off. Heating had only just been switched on in main room. No heating in both bedrooms. No welcome pack whatsoever not even milk. Empty packet of Pasta in cupboard. Oven is out of the Arc. Couldn't heat a meal up. No instructions re the oven. Had to open cupboards to find the switch.. We stayed 3 years ago and was a lot nicer.

Lovely and clean the living room and kitchen area was great and lovely view

The heating was not put on for us arriving and it took hours for the flat to warm up the bed in the smaller bedroom is very hard and the frame extremely creaky it could do with being replaced
