Beach Lookout - SEA VIEWS

Location was superb! It's a beautiful apartment to watch the sunset. The bed was squeaky and the bathroom filter is a little noisy. Except for that, it was a pleasant stay.

We loved the property and while we were there contacted the hosts to enquire about booking again in October.We heard nothing. In total over the next week I sent 3 texts and 3 emails to the hosts. I got 1 reply saying she was waiting for a new phone which caused the delay! The next email a week later said " I wouldn't accept 1 night stay". No apology. I replied saying please give us a price for 2 night stay. Not heard anything more. Nice place but shame about the hosts. Very odd way to try to get repeat business by just ignoring or being rude. There's so much competition around there we will just go somewhere else next time. We go to Lytham regularly and would have used this property a lot but sadly the hosts have other ideas. Good luck

Perfect location, uncomplicated, great view and lovely with sunshine through the windows! The parking was an extra bonus as well as the dog- friendliness!

The blinds were broken in the living room so couldn't close them at night, But the owners had ordered new ones. The stairs were a bit steeper than thought ,but was told there were stairs to the appartment .

Views are spectacular. Apartment is lovely. Staff have been excellent. We left something behind, they found it and looked after it until we could pick it up.
