Very good location. Apartment very nicely decorated and quiet.

Bed in main bedroom very creaky - supported underneath with wood. No problem, used the other room.

Location was amazing

No hot water in kitchen had to boil kettle to wash up

The flat was lovely, a really homely feel and the view out of the living room and bedroom windows is beautiful. The shower was nice and powerful, the beds very comfortable and the apartment was clean with all the facilities you'd expect. The parking space was a real bonus. Louise was really helpful and quick to respond to our queries.

The only tiny thing to mention is that we couldn't lift up the main blind in the living room, as the cord to do so was broken. It would have been nice to have it up to enjoy the view a little more.

Good location, easy to park and large living space.

Didn’t realise the accommodation was a self contained flat in a larger house of flats which I presume are all rentals. Although it was mostly clean there were a large amount of dog hairs on the living room floor (my partners allergic to dogs) and there was no dustpan and brush / mop to be able to clean it myself. Also I do feel like the flat was a bit run down and could do with a new coat of paint to freshen it up - scuffed walls / marks on carpet. Finally the shower was terrible and not really fit for purpose - zero pressure and scolding hot at times so didn’t get the kids to use it.
