Clean, well equipped and well located.

Very uncomfortable bed. No hot water for shower or for washing. Heating didn’t work even after following very detailed instructions.

"Upstairs bedroom Avondale"

Very easy to communicate with accommodation provider

Didn't see any mention of steep stairs on entry. Bed flimsy, bed coverings inadequate. Breakfast facilities provided .. but no table to eat it off! Chair covers stained and dirty. We decided to drive 2.5hrs home and be guaranteed a good night's sleep.
