Seaside Loft

1 night last minute stay. We were given the wrong code for the door, had to ring the owner for it. Couldnt log onto WIFI, no hot water, fridge hadnt been emptied. Worst thing was used condoms in the bathroom bin which hadnt been emptied. Left messages via booking.com, not one was answered or acknowledged.

Location was good

Beds very uncomfortable, spare quilts & a pillow available for the sofa bed in the front room but they had no quilt covers or a pillow case cover, the spare pillow had brown stains. I wouldn’t even consider it to be a sofa bed. Fire safety a concern being on the top floor & only means of escape is down the main stairs.

Good location, ideal for the type of stay I needed.

No washing up liquid to clean pots. Kettle leaking after every use. Couldn’t use the shower as it was quite cold and a few of the radiators weren’t working. Had to pay extra for my dog which wasn’t mentioned until after I’d booked the room!

Massive smell of smoke as we don’t smoke tv remote in bedroom not working as well as hairdryer beautiful place just small things let it down

Apartment was amazing very comfortable. We usually stay on the top floor which we prefer because it's got better heating

Cold radiator in the bedroom wasn't warming the room up even though we was using another supplied heater. We ending up sleeping on the sofa bed in the living/dining room. Very cold so was the bathroom, but a lovely place. Probably ideal in summer.

It’s was clean and well maintained, the only problem was the kettle leaked but not a problem I just emptied it when I made a cup of tea but just to let the owner know
