Seaside Loft

The apartment was really nice and clean. Had everything we wanted and more. The bed is so comfortable we felt straight asleep, the shower was one of the best we've seen. The family seemed really nice too. We will be looking at rebooking in the future.

We liked everything. No complaints.

My wife was extremely unhappy with the apartment wasn't happy with the tiredness of the room and it's furniture Unable to feel at ease so came home

Location great. Key code key access good. Kitchen equipment/appliances well stocked. Shower lovely.

Kitchen cups were dirty/stained and chipped. Sheets and duvet could do with an iron.

The parking as all houses on the street fighting for a space, and there's multiple.wifi codes in book didn't know which to use so tried them all until one worked

The radiators was no working i was freezing in the apartment i was need to used 2 blankets in the rest was good but no hot water and you will freeze in that apartment

This was an apartment

The property was a ‘bit tired’ - heaters were not fixed to the wall properly, TV signal was poor, no remote for the lounge TV. Whilst there was washing up liquid there were no tea towels so didn’t use the cooker etc Also I contacted the owner as I think I left my Apple Watch charger. Initially text, no response, phone call told need to speak to cleaner, follow up call I will look into it. Heard nothing back, appalling customer service.

Nice hot shower and comfortable bed. Small issue was dealt with quickly.

The location was great. Charlotte and Brendan responsive to calls for assistance ( not enough towels, no bedding for sofa bed, key code wrong on website) The artwork and finishing touches to the decor were clearly well thought out and nice to look at. Shower hot and the heating great.

Sadly we will not be returning here. The main issue being the second 'bed'. My five foot 9 daughter was not going to fit in it we realised. It looks different in the pictures. It's a pull out single sofa bed that is as hard as a board. It's clunky and damn uncomfortable, in 3 sections and all uneven .The off yellow colour was off-putting. We took turns in the bed, one night each. I spent most of my night awake thinking about how I would like to take it to the tip, re-designing the room to remove the bookshelf and put a proper single bed there, worrying about the shaky electrical fittings, blown double glazing, admiring the robust fire prevention equipment and happy to see both smoke alarms and an extinguisher, listening to the neighbours talking and wondering how many stairs there are actually to our loft ( 31, it's very steep and good cardio) I considered getting up to repaint the bathroom ceiling which badly needs repainting and is flaking from condensation and considered how difficult it is to get mould out of grout. I thought about the lack of tea towels in the kitchen and and that I would need to buy kitchen towel in order to mop up the leaking water from the shower, clean surfaces and the water from the strangely positioned kitchen sink tap. I wondered why there wasn't a baking tray in the oven. Or much equipment. Maybe because it's off season. I deliberated over why I had to pay £15 for the dog when all she would do was sit quietly and only minor thing would be to make me get up and walk her at 6.30am and do those stairs again. I wished I had bought my slippers because there were floor tacks sticking up on the threshold between bedrooms. I pondered the tiny bin in the bathroom and how it was so small and how there was just one bin bag hanging inside the cupboard door in the kitchen and wondered why and whether it would be enough.
