The site, amenities, floor plan

Dishes and cutlery were not clean so we had to wash them before using. Door into apartment was very heavy and did not lock automatically. Safety chain had been removed. Would be good to have one for security.

Location and the room was very clean and tidy with comfortable beds.

Extremely rude man at the reception desk, was such a terrible customer experience. However we were hosted by a private group and they were very pleasant

Can be noisy as the hustle and bustle can be loud at times!
