Perfect location, very clean and comfortable 👍

1. The street noise at night. 2. One grumpy old man who is manning the reception whom we dont know what and where "charm school" he attended to... so rude and obnoxious 3. No wardrobes to put clothes away

Location location location, central location close to everything. Walk up Mount Mauao, restaurants & across from Hotpools. So we walked everywhere.
