Springvale Farm

The accomodation was very spacious and the facilities were more thann expected especially the bed linen. The rooms are very spacious and the garden was great for lounging in. We enjoyed the fire as the weather was cool and would have liked to use the hot tub but found that we ran out of time.

The freshly baked bread on arrival is soooo good, also the fresh farm eggs and milk is such a delicious spoil! Always my first choice to stay when I'm in Nottingham Road.

Excellent information leading up to the stay. Wonderful welcome gifts like freshly baked bread, farm churned butter and delicious fresh farm milk. Just fulfilled the experience for our family. Ouhout Cottage was spacious, rustic yet tastefully decorated and clean. Staff were polite and assisted in any manner or form. The Farm Stall was a delight and were privileged to watch them milk the cows up front. Well worth it, book early to avoid disappointment. Professionally run establishment which only lends to a better experience.

The super comfy bed with electric blankets as well as the warm wood fire for the unexpected cold and the special farm fresh treats - bread, butter, milk and eggs. Well-kept gardens and friendly staff ready with a smile and a jolly hello. Well equipped kitchen to keep the tummy happy. Wonderful little touches in decor and the serene surroundings makes this a kind of haven... Home away from home.

Shower was rather temperamental. A clothes iron would be a perfect addition for gals like me!
