The Chezz by Patsamon

The wi-fi internet was rather troublesome, but I think it's the same in most parts of Pattaya because I believe the city overall has a poor internet connection.

The host was very nice and make a good service

Room 506 - The apartment was very nice and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, The sofa and bed were comfortable for us. Communication with the owner was good. The pool area and gym are very good. The apartment is in a nice location for most things, in a quiet area. Big C supermarket is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants. Washing machine was very useful for us.

There is a damp smell in the apartment that is from under the kitchen and bathroom. The WiFi - mifi provided was just about adequate for our needs We could not find a brush for cleaning the floor, or floor cloth. No iron or ironing board

The pool on the roof was very well kept and clean. Good sized rooms. Security guard 24 hours

The owner double booked one of our rooms so one of our group had to find a different hotel and the owner couldn't give a dam! Rooms are not clean enough. Was greeted with dead cockroaches on the floor and in kitchen cupboards. The sofa was cheap, rock hard and not comfortable at all. The dividing walls are like cardboard and we could hear everything from next door.
