The Chezz by Patsamon

Location ok

Room was dirty, kitchen bench dirty, floor needed a good clean and there was matted hair in the kitchen sink. Room that technically sleeps 4 people missing cutlery, only one knife. Kitchen utensils and plates were greasy and dirty. No hot water in kitchen or bathroom, luke warm water in the shower. Bed was so hard I slept on the sofa. Wifi was slow and intermittent. TV reception was so bad it couldnt be watched.

Location and security excellent

The apartment was excellent. Very quiet and secure. The support was excellent. Had an issue with one of the aircon units which was sorted out immediately I contacted the owner. Small bar next door with grocery stores and 7/11 a few yards away. Taxi costs were 50 to 60 baht to the beach and central Pattaya. The Big C extra supermarket was within easy walking distance.

The apartment was very clean, the owner was kind, always available, did everything for us to be satisfied, was very flexible with our every request, we are very satisfied! The location is far from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to go out and hang out.

the room was big a plenty of space which was good and the bathroom was nice and big

there was a couple things in the room that were nearly broke and not as up together as they could have been. checking out nobody came to meet me after arranging 2 times to meet

Security and the apartment itself were excellent. I had a couple of minor issues which were resolved within hours which was brilliant. I have stayed there many times and will continue to do so. Picking up the keys and lift cards was easy and everything went very smoothly.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Comfy flat, peaceful area.
