The Pier View apartment is accessed by steep stairs. The Lord Nelson apartment is located in the basement area but it has natural daylight in both rooms. When booking for 7 nights or more, different policies and additional costs will/may apply. The property will contact Guests after Booking with further details. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Any people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a person of 21 years or over. Please supply the property with the ages of any children staying. Public parking is available at a location nearby (Royal Terrace) with special reduced rates made directly with Pier View. Subject to availability on arrival. Please note, 24/7 security cameras operate in all communal areas of the building.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The apartment is located at the perfect spot..it offers nice view also all the restaurants and entertainment venues are really close.. Also parking is not too expensive and very good availability... Mainly, our host was really helpful and friendly.

"Brilliant and lovely hosts"

Location excellent and view from the room was fabulous.

It’s a very small thing but the wine glasses could have been nicer and plastic cups in the bathroom , could have done with a washing up brush in the kitchen, but as I said these are tiny things , I would stay again.

A big thank you to Ed who made are short stay very enjoyable and seamless even sorted the parking out for us from the jobs worth on road parking attendants who seem to appear from nowhere The Room was above excellent Extremely comfortable and homely it seemed like every little detail had been carefully thought through and implemented would defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a short break in this area many thanks again. John & Hazel

Just a. Little note to all traffic wardens. At least let someone park their car before attempting to put a ticket on it !!!

Beautiful property in excellent central location with all the amenities you could want for a short break and a fabulous view too. It’s the BEST place to watch the Xmas fireworks!
