Studio flat Brighton Hove border

A compact, clean studio flat in a fantastically central location. Being located at the back of the building it's also very quiet. A comfy bed, and a well equipped, separate kitchen and bathroom. Excellent communication with the owner.

The heating was a tad underpowered. Not a major problem for us as we were either out or in bed (we used the flat as a base).

A friendly, helpful and interactive host. Nice sunny window and self-contained flat. A box grater and sharper kitchen knife would be appreciated next time, but otherwise this is a lovely flat, well run, puts you bang in the middle of Brighton near shops and bars 👌🏻

Location clean quiet

Tired unloved poorly furnished quite depressing. No pictures. Owner not bothered

Lovely flat and everything there you would need

The front door key was hard to manage and even though there was a bath the taps don't work to have one

Everything worked and shower was easy to control.. Wifi and TV worked well. It was quiet.

I couldn't get the code box to release the keys - needs to be made easier. No wastebin in bathroom. No curtain on the window by the stairs down to kitchen - felt a bit exposed.
