The location is perfect for a trip to Brighton as you are right in the centre of it all, The idea of the property is fantastic.
The main problems I saw in this property were is was dirty eg, bed was musty and didn’t feel or smell fresh, dirty underwear in the seating area (in the one of the chairs) dirty clothes left, the floor was sticky and generally not very clean. The play rooms were missing itinerary, the shower was not very good after the first shower so my partner had a shower that blew hot and cold as the pressure was not very good. The owners won’t let you check in early because apparently they are so strict on hygiene and cleanliness they have to spend hours the cleaning the property but this is clearly not the case, It is in whole a fantastic property set out really well but in reality for the price they are charging it’s dated and dirty.

Great location, easy to access the apartment, nice touch of Prosecco and chocs. fab place for what we wanted, really enjoyed our stay!
cant please everyone, new mattress required as this one is well used and sinks in the middle, new pillows these are worn, dirty and seen better days. no where to hang your towels in bathroom. sadly cant be helped but there is a musty damp smell, we appreciate were in a basement apartment
