Full of toys and great equipment .bottle of bubbly 🍾 and tea coffee microwave everything u need ...car park next street over but except to pay £25 .£30 overnight parking...close to bars etc

Booking in to late 6pm to mu h of a rush .book out by 10am next day .replace the tv dvd player not to great .

Really nice facilities, we are experienced in this type of place and this one is well thought out and has plenty of good quality kit and the choice of spaces and themes is a bonus. The location is perfect in a quiet street that is close to the seafront and town but feels very private.

Nothing major we were very happy. Minor things are- we stayed more than one night and it would have been nice to have extra towels as there is nowhere to dry them. I’d like to see some shorter ropes and chains for practicality. We needed to buy more bottle water as you can’t refill the kettle from the tap (again only because we stayed longer) there is a microwave but no cutlery/bottle opener etc which would have been nice. Again assume most visitors are daytime or overnight only so this only bagged if you’re staying longer and not a big deal.

Easily located, great collection of paraphernalia and enjoyed the decor.

As other guests have mentioned, it being a basement property it does smell quite strongly of damp and although there have been attempts to mask it, the disinfectant smell mixed with the dampness is quite stomach churning. Great play rooms but wouldn't recommend staying overnight, would be better to hire for a few hours fun.

The equipment was great, varied and clean The flat seems like it was quite lovingly designed (albeit it probably ten years ago and everything seems a bit worn or in disrepair) and the chocolates on the bed and champagne were lovely touches.

Seems like it was designed and put together ten years ago then barely maintained since apart from cleaning - chipped paint , dust in the corners, half the heaters don’t work (although there space heaters anyway so can be moved from room to room I suppose), the medical chair has a broken arm, and one of two chairs in the bedroom has a broken leg. The bed looked amazing til we realised the bed sheets weren’t satin, there was just a large piece of satin fabric thrown over the bed. Fair enough but the pink and white covers ruin the vibe! At least make them black to match! The equipment was all in working order and very clean (apart from the medical chair which was broken and had a stain). The rest of the flat could have been given another once over though. Wet paper towel on the bathroom floor, a condom wrapper in the dungeon room, and a handprint on the bathroom mirror were all a bit off putting.
