Central One-Bedroom, 99 Steps to the Sea

TV was big and new. Location was good. Decor was ok, but badly fitted.

The apartment was described as 'newly renovated. Judging by the built up mould in the shower, the carpet and the ingrained dirt I doubt this is true. The sofa was stupidly lumpy and uncomfortable. No cushions. Unless I've miraculously grown the bed was not a full sized double bed. There were also only two pillows. There was only one glass and a generally inequipt kitchen. The bathroom towels were very small. The carpet was cleanish. The doors were filthy (see pictures). The entrance area was disgusting and stank of weed (I realise this is difficult to resolve, but had to mention it).

Everything is perfect location was so so good

If there is washing machine it will b perferct

Perfect spot for 1 and place to lay your head in Brighton. I was in town studying for the week so it was great to have the kitchen to prepare meals and a comfy bed to sleep in after a long day of study. Flat had everything i needed and is finished to a high level, making it feel modern, fresh and homely.

Only thing i would change is that there wasn't a comfy place to sit. The sitting room futon was very uneven/lumpy and there are no chairs so my lower back was really craving some support. Also be aware that the area/street is quite loud at night - there was shouting on the streets and could hear the sounds of a pub quiz/ entertainment coming from the pub. Ear plugs are kindly provided or bring your own, just in case.

The location was perfect

A bit small, but some would call it cozy

The location was spot on , the flat was very nicely decorated and equiped

No toaster , and the communal entrance had a very funky smell but dose not effect the flat

Overall, it was overpriced. The entry door starts unpleasant smel and not clean as the flat..
