The property was in a really grate location, everything was on your doorstep, the flat was really clean and comfortable for me and my husband to stay, it was really good value for money and we will definitely be booking a stay again, thankyou for letting us book your property, I would definitely recommend to friends and family x

The flat was clean, warm, modern and in the perfect location for exploring Brighton.

Location

We loved that we had a kitchen to make our own meals, as well as the adjustable kettle. The large TV and fold out sofa made for great movie watching! Very comfortable and clean for a few nights and super central!

The shower drain didn't work well, and there was no bath mat.

The apartment was close to the seafront and the town centre, although a little noisy in the evening. The apartment was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. There was a supermarket and other shops close by.

45 steps up to the apartment and very little storage space. The bedroom could do with a chest of drawers and a mirror. Also a small table and a couple of chairs would be helpful in the lounge as there was nowhere to sit when the sofa bed was made up.

Lovely place, had everything we needed for a night stay in the city for business. Great communication with host.

We required both beds to be set up as although we were only 2 people we weren’t together. Didn’t realise I was meant to mention to the host. They resolved the issue within hours but one to remember for next time.

Location was close to the beach and plenty of good restaurants/take-aways/coffee shops and supermarkets within 5 minutes.

Found the listing confusing as from it we were expecting 2 bedrooms rather than just 1 with a sofa bed in the lounge. As you can imagine this caused us significant disappointment on arrival but it wasn't anything we could change. It was very hot and difficult to cool as the windows that opened resulted in significant street noise until very early in the morning. There are a significant number of stairs to negotiate to finally reach the apartment (with even more hidden behind the apartment door) and the stairwell smelt really musty.
