"Great place, but you need to take care about cons"

1. The apartment is big and well compartmentalized. It is more or less like in the pictures. 2. Quiet area.

1. It was hard to contact the owners even if they knew that we will arrive. ( Whenever you know that you have guests, it will be fine if you can send them the indications before, don't wait them to call you more than 10 times and let them wait in front of the property) 2. It wasn't the cleanest place but was clean enough. Clean sheets and towels, but you could vacuum a little better. 3. The apartment need some repairs ( the dresser door, the mask door from the sink - this was the ones that we identified)

Everything was very good, the apartment is beautiful, impeccable cleanliness, I recommend.

The ladder doesn't look too good. the apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Our group of 5 people was feeling great here. It has everything needed. I had the chance to meet the lady cleaning there and she is very friendly and nice, showed me around and explained everything. Great experience!
