Car parking extremely tight no goog for large cars

The location was exceptional. Nice open plan, with everything we needed.

The bulk bed room felt a bit claustrophobic. It would be OK for a family, though.

The location

It was so so cold in the unit! To turn on the kitchen light you had to turn on the bathroom light, or it wouldn't work. Took ages to find this out! No electric blanket. The two heaters in the cupboard did not work... but you had to turn them on to find this - why even have them there! I had my elderly mother with me. The beds were so cold! The second room, bunks, you had no access to the light from the bed. The room was tiny, and literally nowhere to put your bag. Outside on the balcony you couldn't use it, as it was flooded with water, even though it hadn't been raining, but then we noticed the manhole above the outside table didn't have a cover on it and it was open to the ceiling cavity! No instructions to the coffee machine, so couldn't use that either. Not good value for money, and the bathroom was very tired, needing an overhaul.

TV in main bedroom didn't work and bathroom light also turned kitchen light on

Would have liked 2 sets of keys.

Perfect location, great communication throughout our stay. Lovely place to stay.

Location was fantastic - we parked our vehicle up and never used it once during our stay. Very spacious apartment, clean and instructions left were excellent.

There was no information that the pool would not be available when we made the booking, so maybe highlighting this part would be good - hot pools were grea5 however across the road.

We loved the spacious apartment and location. Close to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. Easy bus access to town and walking distance to main attractions. Right next to the beautiful Mount Maunganui

The apartment didn’t have a dresser with drawers to put socks/underwear/t’shirts in. We had to ask for a spatula. Sometimes it can get a little noisy with traffic.
