Oceanside Apartment

Location

When we arrived the key wasn’t left in the lockbox. It was 9.30pm. When we finally got in we had to make the beds ourselves as property had o my been half cleaned. We have been offered a slight refund. But messages have now gone silent. With no refund received.

The location was superb right in the centre, easy access to town, beach and pilot bay and cafes. It was also very spacious with an undercover deck which was great.

The lights in the kitchen were barely working, heated towel rail and exhaust fan in bathroom not working, only one key was given to use. There was no hair conditioner to use.

Perfect location - nice easy check in. Very spacious apartment.

Aircon in the bedroom would have been a bonus as it was soooo hot. However, fans were provided. A little dated, but clean and tidy and had a lovely stay.

The car parks small

A great place to stay, wonderful location and very clean. The laundry was just down the hall and great to have on hand for a longer stay.

It would have been much easier for our family to have 2 tags to get around the building, especially for the pool area.

The location was amazing. Walking distance to everything we needed.

The bunks were really squeaky so we ended up only having one child in there and using the sofa bed. There needs to be a decent drying rack for wet towels etc. Heated towel rail doesn’t work. Would be better if the laundry facilities were in the apartment. They were always in use when we needed them.
