Oceanside Apartment

Spacious apartment and location

No reception, need to follow instructions to collect key. Only 1 air conditioner in living area. (in summer the unit can get warm) No ventilation in corridors. Parking very tight and difficult to get luggage out of vehicle.

Great location.

Quite noisy, pillows were not good.

One of the worst experience in booking.com with j big variances between actual and description. - big misleading of accommodation owners: this doesn’t represent Oceanside apartment but just a unit #219 owner. This unit owner reiterates to not connect the apartment reception as evidence of no relationship to Oceanside property but their ad is obviously using Oceanside name! - Bond reuqest in a last min after paying premium non-refundable seasonal price and delay the bond return - Facility is not fully working e.g. exhaust fan in toilet, kitchens lights and air condition - No sufficient supply on daily necessity (dish wash, laundry liquid etc.) for three/day stay - The room is quite humid - Not friendly hospitality with no show and one-way ordering / last-min emails We have been actively travelling and have had great experience & relationships with hotels most time but never have such bad experience before. This is doubtful if this unit is even legitimate for hotel business and if their rates are genuine.

Location is excellent. The apartment is excellent that’s why we have been there before.

Parking space is very tight because of a concrete pillar. Otherwise no other issues

Fabulous location! Apartment was a really good size for a family of four. Kids loved the TV with all the bells and whistles. Lovely pool and spa. Comfy beds.
