Very tired No tea coffee facilities No dish cloth or tea towel to clean up with. Very tired furnishings and mould on bathroom ceiling. Not well maintained Shower head floppy and shower shelf falling off the wall.

Location was good - for beach access and downtown Mount shopping and restaurants

Not clean! as would have expected - hope you don’t mind me pointing these items out to the owner? - hair in master shower drain - unsure if the sheets had been changed on master bed - carpet not Vacuum clean out out the apartment. Broken handle on dish washer and roller blind needs repair on the ranch slide side - rubbish kitchen draw needs repair - not shutting correctly - stained couch covers and lounge pillows and lounge blanket, ensuite toilet no clean Downside bathroom - hair in bathroom outlet plug - rubbish bin overflowing not able to place our small amount of rubbish in

The location was good. Close to shops, restaurants, food trucks and beaches, Kitchen a good size. Lounge area nicely styled and a good size.

The apartment is tired and needs a refresh and maintenance - several things need fixing. Poor layout. Downstairs bedrooms off the garage - this was not clear in the apartment description. Description said there were 2 living rooms. There was only one. No laundry. Downstairs bedrooms too hot and no aircon, and windows opened into smelly area where rubbish bins were. Scruffy untidy bin area.
