Fantastic location.clean and tidy

Unfortunately the Sea Breeze villa didn’t meet our expectation of being together for a family weekend as two of the bedrooms are behind the garage while the other one is upstairs. Wish we had booked 2 units elsewhere.

The light coloured lounge suite had several obvious stains, the dishwasher handle was broken off, the broken venetian blind in a downstairs bedroom meant the occupants were woken several times when the neighbour’s security light came on, there was no tea and coffee, the value size soft soap container in the shower had been watered down and the towel I used had obvious stains.

The location

No key, and us having to solve the issue (understand it had never happened before but of course it easily could with how keys are managed with the property). Without saying too much, what we had to do to get the key is not ok- the back up plan should be far better or they should come and sort it themselves. There are not 2 lounges, there is a couch in the garage. I was really looking forward to giving my MIL space from us and the kids by having separate lounges and spaces but once the car was in the garage you had zero space left in the other "lounge".

Great location.

Inflexibility with an early check in to accommodate a function. Very few "nicities" eg blowave, handwash and shower wash. Cost for one night.

Property was clean, spacious and close to all the shops and stores.

The location was great! The property was well equipped.

The communication from the owner was terrible. The property access section said,” key is hidden on property.” I began messaging and calling the owner on Wednesday night( we had a Friday 3:00pm check-in) . I received NO contact back telling me where to find the key. I even messaged customer service and received NO response. Friday morning before work I tried 3 more times. Finally, I received a message about where to find the key well after some of my party had left to get there. Really not good enough!! Once at the property, the ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work, the dishwasher handle was broken and the ice machine on the freezer was clogged.
