Large open space in kitchen lounge dining - deck area

Hallway noise from neighbours doors - people coming and going, which echo through the open hallway and cooking smell in the hallway - I opened the windows at the end of hallway. Improved over the weekend

Centrally located with 2 carparks, 2 bathrooms, nice decor, comfortable beds, good sized balcony,, everything we needed for our group.

Wifi wouldn’t connect one evening/night but did come back on in the morning, lots of street noise if in the front bedroom. Not so keen on having to go elsewhere to pick up and return keys. Better if key box at apartment block

The location was great and the apartment spotless. It was a perfect fit for myself and my siblings.

What I didn't quite understand was that the service fees and cleaning charge were more expensive than the accommodation. I haven't seen this before but could be a NZ standard?

Central location, we loved that it had tea, coffee, sugar, laundry powder etc. it was a beautiful apartment that we felt at home in. Would we come back OFCOURSE

Only fault was the white cups were tea and coffee stained so we scrubbed them clean. Nothing that couldn't be fixed.

Location was great and it had covered parking which was great to have. as it was on the main drag food and shopping options with in walking distance as well and the beach just up the road.

Apartment and location fantastic - checking in etc all sweet. We did struggle with the night noise as the apartment was on the main strip side of the block and the main bedroom was on that side of the apartment. Back bedrooms were much quieter.
