Stylish and Spacious, Downtown Mount Maunganui

The location was handy to nice cafes and shops. The Saturday morning Market and bonus Friday night food market were both a few minutes walk away. Close to the beaches.

Only negative was it needed tea towels and a dish cloth.

Clean and spacious

The location is excellent for the bars and restaurants which could be a big plus but not for us …very noisy late night as bars empty out.

Excellent Communications and on time meeting for keys. really liked unit 1.

mmm...the beds were a bit to soft.

the styling was pleasant

it was very cold, absolutely no sun and the only view was the liquor store over the road. I found out when we left 2 days early that we could have had a north facing unit but as we arrived too late to be received in person we were not offered this.

Really lovely comfortable apartment close to everything.

It was big clean and comfortable. Very close to all amenities.

The main bedroom was quite noisy from the road and the balcony was in the shade the whole time.

Well set up, comfy beds close to town and beach.

The road noise and noise in the night from people going home from pub.
