Powierzchnia apartamentu, wielkość wanny. Czystość pościeli i ręczników.

Brudny apartament, rozpadające się meble i sprzęt. Zmywarka nie przykręcona, lampka nocna uszkodzona i kontakt w łazience. Narożnik bardzo brudny. Właściciel nie pochylił się nad czystością i nie zwraca uwagi na komentarze ponieważ nic nie poprawia. Zdjęcia nie aktualne. Jakość firan i ich czystość to porażka. Mikrofalówka by się przydała. Brak ścierki.
