quiet location, walking distance from center of the town

Not enough cups and glasses and dishes in general for 5 people. There should be more spare pieces in order you don't have to wash them by hand and then can switch on the dishwashing machine once a day. The sofa in the living room is not suitable for sleeping at all, hard and uncomfortable, so the apartment is rather for 4 people than for 5.
