"The Condo Unit itself exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for our stay."

We did not eat breakfast at pool bar/restaurant. I did have a light dinner one night at the pool bar/restaurant, the hamburger was cooked as ordered, which was good. We also ordered drinks at the pool bar which the service was also good.

The resort pool areas need to have more poolside umbrellas, there was only 1 resort umbrella per pool area. I received a welcome email for the property which included a list of possible items to bring to the property. On the list included a pool towels, beach umbrella & chairs, but no umbrella bases or holes in concrete around the resort pools were noted there to put up umbrella. We inquired to see if they had a base available to bring to us, but they indicated they don't have anymore, they only have 1 pool umbrella per pool. There seemed to be enough pool chairs available for the guests to sit by the multiple pools that the property has. During our stay they were experiencing a problem with the water at the resort. They reported to the guest they were working on fixing the problem as quickly as possible. We didn't have water for long periods of time and the water pressure was very low at times. The Resort grounds itself were well maintained and shows pride in ownership. The Condo Unit itself exceeded our expectations in regard to decor & comfort and had everything we needed for our week stay.
