"No local knowledge, no customer service, no info provided until last minute"

The host has no local knowledge and refused to provide any assistance with a completely solvable issue. The customer service line's Phoenix, AZ area code should have been a red flag, in retrospect. We wanted to be able to cook in the kitchen and were directed to the resort's convenience store (!). I had to call the day before to get any info about our stay. Next time, I'll save the headache and book the resort.

"Luxury stay with very friendly staff. Safe, serene, lots of pools and sitting areas, clean, and great location."

The resort was calming, beautiful, clean, and very luxurious.

There wasn’t an ATM and the closest one at another resort charged $30 USD per transaction.
